kringlekame asked: I actually do have a suggestion for the Spelunky mod which for all I know you already know about, but the crush traps in the City of Gold are just the regular ones from the base game, instead of being golden ? blocks.
Ah, yep, I didn’t edit that one’s art for some reason, just the color. In the new mod I’m working on I completely changed the art for the crush traps to be something much more appropriate, and will remember to put them in the city of gold this time. The crush traps being the Mario ‘?’ blocks was a bit confusing.

teabros asked: i've played spelunky with the vinesauce mod for so long now i can't even remember what spelunky used to look like
Me either man, me either. Vanilla Splanky looks so odd now. It’s going to get even worse with the new mod update that’s coming c:

Fallout 4: Boston better be a real thing. I am so ready.
Though the more I think about it, the more I think it won’t be so different from how things are in Boston now. At least in Fallout you can shoot the ghouls you meet in the subway.
No but seriously, so excited for this to be a thing, especially being someone currently living in Boston.

Working on some more Vinesauce Spelunky mod stuff. I’m fixing bugs/glitches/whatever that I’ve noticed and other have told me, such as the black dots showing up under Ralph Caveman. There’s some tricky stuff with the spritesheets, I looked forever for those dots and didn’t find anything, those sheets are drawn clean man. Turns out it was just a tiny bit of the Ralph sprite on the row below it peeking up into the other walking row, and since I have no way of telling where that ends I kinda have to adjust and test. I wish there was a better way to test. I also can’t find a way to fix the weird white pixelation of players that happens at the selection screen, it seems to be an issue with the sprites being scaled up for that menu since they look fine in actual gameplay.
Anyway, I’m also going through a list of other art I wanted to add and am doing that too. Lots of goodies.
If anyone sees any art or text bugs, or has a general suggestion, let me know. Again, suggestions for art and such are welcome, but if I think it sucks or doesn’t fit what I wanna do I wont do it c: And for the last time, no, I am not adding in any more playable characters. I’m only adding in streamers who clearly love Splanky and play the shit out of the game. So there.
Hopefully this will be done before I take holiday vacation, and it will be the last update for a long time or ever, probably. Unless new modding tools come out. Get hype.
Here is a little peek at some of the things I am adding.

I played through Super Mario 3D World as fast as I could to unlock Rosalina. Cruel Nintendo, why did you make me wait so long. So now I’ve been replaying all the levels with her and am trying to 100% the game. Good luck to me.
Also all of her costumes are cute as shit oh my god. I couldn’t decided which to do, so I just went classic.

I don’t know how a quick doodle of Poison Ivy turned into a vector. I guess I’m a masochist.

The face punching just makes him laugh harder.
And here’s the Batman that goes with this.
I made this a few days ago after beating Arkham Origins but I messed up some things, finally got around to fixing them.

Anonymous asked: Hello! I adore your work so much, it's so cute and colorful and neat and askjfhdskj. :D Is it all vector based or PS? What do you tend to doodle on?
Aw thanks Anon!
It depends. Any flat art with curves/round things I do in vectors in Illustrator, however that takes forever and I’m lazy after work. So most of the time I use OpenCanvas (my favorite drawing program for like 7 years now) and just draw non-vector edgy shapes there and cleanup/add effects in PS. I doodle in OpenCanvas with my tablet. I don’t do much traditional drawing anymore unfortunately, mostly because I work digitally for my job and I have a cat that would most def try to eat my arting tools.
